From Brand Partners:

- Portal access activity and usage data
Automatically Collected:
- IP address and browser information
- Pages visited and time spent on our platform
- Referral source and device type
How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your creator profile or brand partner account
- To display your creator profile to verified brand partners for the purpose of facilitating partnerships
- To match creators with suitable brand partnership opportunities
- To manage campaign execution, agreements, and deliverables
- To process payments and issue invoices
- To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and partnerships

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who We Share Data With
- Brand Partners: Creator profile data is shared with verified brand partners for the purpose of evaluating and entering into creator partnerships. This includes your name, handle, niche, audience demographics, and media assets as appropriate to your tier.
- Stripe: Payment information is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to their processing of your data.
- Airtable: Creator profile and application data is stored in Airtable, our database provider, which is subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
- Netlify: Our platform is hosted on Netlify, which may process data incidental to hosting our website.
- Legal Authorities: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Data Retention
- Creator profile data is retained for the duration of your active profile plus 12 months following cancellation.
- Transaction and payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
- Campaign data is retained for 3 years following campaign completion.
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@shokunincreative.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
